藍委赴促轉會踢館 黃煌雄：2個月沒看過公文
促轉會前副主委張天欽要求部屬攻擊在野黨候選人，引發政壇大醜聞，國民黨立委今天到促轉會踢館，面對促轉會主委黃煌雄說他2個月看不到公文，而且張天欽的辦公室就在他隔壁，他卻對張天欽開會的事毫不知情，國民黨立委質疑黃煌雄根本是被架空的傀儡，應該乾脆帶頭請辭下台。(李人岳報導)
促轉會前副主委張天欽自比東廠引發政壇大醜聞，國民黨立委緊追不捨，書記長曾銘宗等多位立委周一前往促轉會，在促轉會門口貼上「東廠」的海報，同時提出「廢除促轉會」、「停止促轉會運作」和「糾出張天欽們」等三大訴求。促轉會主委黃煌雄親自出面接見藍軍立委，黃煌雄自曝，他2個月看不到公文，而且張天欽的辦公室就在他隔壁，他卻對張天欽找主秘等人開會毫不知情。黃煌雄：『我的辦公室在這裡...他(張天欽)就在我前面，這邊是主任秘書....他開這兩個會，事先沒有跟我週知，事後沒有跟我報備，我不知道他們在談什麼....所以這怎麼可能是有系統性的呢？連我都不知道，行政院怎麼會知道呢？....(費鴻泰：你被架空了啊)』
立委賴士葆當場質疑，「東廠再怎麼改組還是東廠」尤其黃煌雄在朝野享有清譽，卻被深綠架空，應該乾脆帶頭請辭，立委費鴻泰則批評黃煌雄根本是個傀儡。不過黃煌雄強調「張天欽事件」只是個案的說法，使國民黨立委難以接受，最後不歡而散，藍營立委重申在新會期開議後，將會刪除促轉會所有預算。
