據研究顯示,自殺死亡者在自殺身亡前7天內不限精神科別就醫的比例皆在60省錢方法網路熱銷商品%左右。圖/聯合報系資料照片 分享 facebook 研究發現,自殺身亡者高達6成以上,在決定自殺前7天曾赴醫院就診,就診科別不限精神科;其中65歲以上老人,決定自殺前1個月內,赴醫院診所就診的比率將近9成。專家呼籲,若能在醫療第一線能設下防線,也許能阻擋更多憾事發生。國內自殺死亡率逐年攀升,根據衛福部公布106年的國人死因,自殺身亡名列第11位,自殺死亡人數與105年相比增加16.4%,男性多於女性。. } }); } 研究發現,自殺身亡者多達6成以上,於輕生前7天曾赴醫院就診。台灣自殺防治學會理事吳佳儀說,面對久病厭世、長流行購買期照顧他人禮物網路購物的照顧者,長期心理不適,而導致生理出現類似生病的反應,比率相當高。吳佳儀說,曾66歲男子,因妻子罹癌,他因照顧壓力而失眠,求助醫師,定期服用藥物改善症狀。但幾年後,妻子過世,他受不了壓力,加上並未規律服藥,讓他再度失眠。心理影響生理不適,讓他動了輕生念頭;某天兒媳返家,撞見李姓男子意圖輕生,即時挽救才沒有發生憾事。吳佳儀說,許多意圖輕生高風險族群,若第一線醫療人員能主動建立關係並評估狀況,及時轉介精神衛生門診,有助於降低憾事發生。衛福部心口司司長諶立中指出,我國20年前開始提倡家醫科醫師及開業醫師納入自殺防治範疇,民國9最近流行商品產品0年左右自殺率高峰,醫界普遍警覺性高。但隨著國內自殺率下降,相關觀念開始被忽視。吳佳儀呼籲,自殺防治不僅是精神科醫師的責任,所有第一線醫療人員都是守門人,掌握「1問2應3轉介」主動關懷傾聽、適當回應支持及轉介精神衛生專業。 自殺,不能解決難題;求助,才是最好的路。求救請打1995 ( 要救救我 )


 黃士修絕食抗議 中選會盼他尊重身體

「以核養綠」公投案領銜人黃士修,為抗議中選會拒絕他補送的連署書,絕食已逾100小時。對此,中選會主委陳英鈐今(17)日在接受廣播節目專訪時指出,黃士修的意見,中選會已經聽到。他並呼籲黃士修尊重他自己的身體,繼續為他的理念奮鬥,中選會會聽取他的意見,但是不能接受他的補件,對其他公投案不公平。

「以核養綠」公投案已在6日送件,中選會並在11日送到各戶政事務所進行查對。但領銜人黃士修13日補送兩萬多份公投連署書,中選會認為,該案6日所送交的31萬4135份連署書,已超過公投法規定的最低門檻28萬1745份,已交戶政機關查對,提案人無補提必要。但黃士修因此絕食抗議,今天已進入第4天。

中選會主委陳英鈐上午接受《POP搶先報》廣播節目專訪時表示,依《公投法》規定,黃士修提出的連署書已達法定門檻,同時已送交戶政機關查對中,只有在完成查對發現連署人數不足法定人數時,才有依法補提連署書的必要。

陳英鈐強調,對於黃士修表達政治理念,中選會表達尊重,但是站在中選會立場,不能補收,否則就是違法。他並強調,中選會不能隨便給人方便,否則對其他人不公平。若中選會對「以核養綠」公投案破例,其他公投案若要求比照,將沒完沒了。

陳英鈐希望黃士修尊重他自己的身體,這樣才能繼續為他的理念奮鬥,而中選會也願意和他溝通、聽取他的意見。

目前中選會總計收到十個公投案,均已送到送交各戶政機關查對。至於最遲可以確定有幾案成案?陳英鈐表示,「以核養綠」是最後送出的公投案,中選會已在11日送交戶政機關,30天的查對期後,會在10月11日送回,屆時就可以知道。
